    Description
0 UNITS Prerequisite: None | Lecture: 0.5 hours This course introduces students to career options in the nonprofit sector and the strengths and challenges facing nonprofit organi- zations. Since the sector is complex, employers require profes- sional teams with interdisciplinary (interconnected) skills, and desire transferable and leadership skills. Students will explore ways to turn their existing strengths into employer-stated desired skills and the academic pathways that build their capacity to reach their community-service and professional goals.
