The course addresses key questions, which challenge all entrepreneurs: how much money can and should be raised; when the money should be raised, and from whom; what is a reasonable valuation of the company. It aims to pre- pare aspiring entrepreneurs to make these decisions and develop a basic, effective pitch of an entrepreneurial idea to a potential investor for startup capital.
