    (CSU) 3 UNITS Prerequisite: None | Lecture: 3 hours Students will apply the psychological and sociological princi- ples to the study of human relations in business and indus- try. The students will examine case studies and teamwork scenarios. Students will identify communication styles, self-esteem, ethics, attitude and motivation, self-disclosure, emotional balance, leadership strategies, work force diversity, and professional presence.
