    EXPRESSIONS � 0 UNITS Prerequisite: None | Lecture: 0.11 hours This non-credit course covers the topic of rational expressions. It builds on the manipulation of rational numbers, and gener- alizes to rational expressions. Starting from multiplying and dividing fractions, students add and subtract fractions, and generalize operations to rational expressions. Students reduce fractions and simplify rational expressions via the Least Common Denominator (LCD) method. Elements of factoring are also reviewed.
