    Description
    Prerequisite: None | Lab: 3 hours Introduces the student to a wide range of training models at an introductory level including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Students will be introduced to step aerobics, kick boxing, high/low aerobics, circuit training, free weights, resistance tubing, medicine balls, jump ropes and running/walking.
