    (CSU) 3 UNITS Prerequisite: None | Advisory: INTRDGN 102 | Lecture: 3 hours This course covers an overview of sustainable building design including strategies for reducing the energy footprint of buildings, rainwater harvesting, graywater recycling, passive heating and cooling techniques, solar orientation, green roofs, wind energy, daylighting, indoor air quality, and material evaluation and specification. The interior design profession's ethical responsibility to design spacing that sustain our natu- ral resources and working with green building certification programs is also covered.
