    Prerequisite: None | Lab: 3 hours This fundamental course in Jazz dance provides a foundation for performance-based dance techniques of Jazz by introduc- ing fundamental step sequencing and combinations, music, terminology and appreciation of the evolution of Jazz dance as a performing art form, which prepares students for further study in Jazz dance technique.
