Culinary Arts basics and foundations, including classic knife cuts, basic cooking meth- ods of meats, eggs, & breakfast cookery, terminology, equip- ment, measurements, culinary math and ingredients is covered. Students will be on rotation in the Mission Cafe & Grille to enhance their experience in a real environment setting.
