    (UC:CSU) 3 UNITS (RPT 3) Prerequisites: CINEMA 107 and MULTIMD 610 Advisory: MULTIMD 600 | Lecture: 2 hours | Lab: 2 hours This is an advanced course in practical filmmaking, with each student required to produce/write/direct and tech a profes- sional short film with sound, as well as crew for other assigned films. Topics include pre-production planning, cam- era operation, location lighting, sound and editing. Emphasis is on producing, film and digital cinematography and lighting in studio and on location.
