    0 UNITS Prerequisite: None | Advisory: CASAS ABE Level D - 221�235 Test of Basic Education (TABE) Level D: Reading Lecture: 2 hours This intermediate level course is designed to build reading skills required to meet the Common Core State Standards for Language Arts, Reading, and prepare students for High School Equivalency examinations and college readiness. Skill competencies include developing strategies that assist stu- dents in understanding and responding to intermediate-level reading material.
