    Prerequisite: None | Lecture: 4 hours This course focuses on developing workplace readiness skills for the 21st Century that enable students to optimize their strengths and attain their career goals. This course prepares students to successfully collaborate with co-workers in diverse settings by identifying their existing leadership and interper- sonal skills, practicing tools for effective communication, and crafting an ethical code of conduct that can be applied to respect differences, resolve conflicts, and find commonality to enhance the work environment.
