It is designed to assist students understand the basic computer hardware and the computer operating system. The class will also focus on devel- oping basic computer literacy skills using Microsoft Office. Students will also become familiar with online search engines and tools and will be able to conduct a simple on-line search and use e-mail to send and receive messages.
