- This introductory survey course helps students understand, appreciate, and analyze the relationship between music and moving images in film and media. Through a historical perspective covering the silent film era to the present day, this course examines various ways to engage with film music through aesthetic, cultural, musical and personal analyses of visual and audio cinematic experiences.
