    Description
    This course is designed to cover the fundamentals of the Construction Management process. It provides an introduction to managing construction projects from start to finish. Key topics include project planning, scheduling, and cost estimating; understanding project delivery methods; and managing contracts, risk, and safety. The course covers the roles of key parties involved, legal and ethical considerations, and essential technical and administrative skills needed for successful project completion.
