Students will study grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and culture. Students will develop competency at a medium elementary level in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The course will present everyday situations and topics in the context of Chinese cultural traditions. This course is not recommended for native speakers. This course is comparable to two years of high school Chinese.
