    This course is an introduction to reading, interpreting, and communicating through design documents and drawings that represent the built environment at multiple scales. The course analyzes fundamentals from regions and cities to buildings and interior environments. Emphasis is placed on design intent, spatial experience, performance, and community context, rather than purely construction-trade execution. Opportunities to understand nested scales from regional, neighborhood, site, building, architecture, interior space and details.
