Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course focuses on the theory and clinical application of the Nursing Process and Clinical Judgment model when providing care for patients across the lifespan. This course facilitates the transition from student nurse to graduate nurse. The student participates as a preceptee or mentee/member of the healthcare team and assumes responsibility for a group of patients under the supervision of a clinical teaching assistant and faculty. Course content includes professional nursing and healthcare concepts.
