- This course focuses on maternal and newborn health concepts. Emphasis is placed on reproduction and sexuality, emotion, homeostasis and regulation. Curricular concepts are applied in seminar, lab and clinical settings. Upon completion, students will provide safe nursing care incorporating the concepts identified in this course.
