This course focuses on developing leadership skills, fostering professional growth, and promoting a solid foundation for a fulfilling nursing career. Students will explore the importance of building professional portfolios, preparing job applications and resumes, and navigating professional interviews. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical application, students will be equipped to seek and maintain employment upon program completion.
