Topics include the history of nursing, core nursing concepts, the nursing process, and legal and ethical considerations in practice. Emphasis is placed on equitable, patient-centered care, with a focus on recognizing and addressing implicit bias, cultural diversity, and healthcare disparities to promote inclusivity in nursing practice.
