    Description
    This course is designed to teach the gunsmithing student to safely complete common everyday gunsmithing tasks in a shop setting. The topics that will be covered include: selection of open and optical sights, installation of open sights including drilling and tapping, cutting of dovetails, installation of optical sights including drilling and tapping, reaming of rings, leveling of crosshairs, bore sighting and spring making. This course will consist of one hour lecture and six hours lab weekly.
