    Introduction to Comprehensive Pilates Apparatus: Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and small equipment. Safety protocols, setup/maintenance, and modifications for diverse body types and populations, including professional dancers, athletes, people living with injuries, and everyday people. Completion of Mat and Reformer Certificate required.
