    The AIARE Level 2 provides backcountry leaders the opportunity to advance their avalanche knowledge and decision making skills by applying them to new situations. Through pre-course online learning, classroom, and field instruction, this class meets American Avalanche Association guidelines and results in a certificate of completion from the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE).
