Topics include the money market, interest rates, and the various loan programs, including conventional and government backed loans. Emphasis will be on the loan process from application, approval, funding and the close of escrow. This course will address the loan process from the perspective of both the lender and the borrower. Successful course completion applies toward the California Department of Real Estate's educational requirements for the broker’s examination.
