Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course will feature leaders and experts as guest speakers, providing technical insights and different perspectives on forestry and natural resource-related issues. This course exposes students to prevalent and emergent forestry and natural resource management issues and topics. The focus of the course changes from year to year, but topics may include ecosystem restoration, adaptive management strategies, economics of resource extraction, climate change, fire and other disturbances, changing forest policies, and emerging technologies in the discipline.
