    Description
    This course will provide students with an introduction to forestry. Students will explore topics related to forest ecology, biology, silviculture, dendrology, hydrology, fire succession, and natural resource conservation and management. Students will investigate the relationships between the living and nonliving components of forest ecosystems while understanding the role and threats facing future forests.
