    This course provides an examination and analysis of criminal proceedings from pre-arrest through trial and appeal, utilizing constitutional, statutory, and case law. Additional topics include search and seizure pursuant to the Fourth Amendment, pre-trial identification and interrogation procedures, constitutional protections during trial, and the post-conviction process.
