- This is a foundation course in computer concepts for beginning computer users. Computer terminology and identification of fundamental hardware, operating systems, and software applications are introduced. Learners practice file management, email, Internet browsing and searching. This course includes a brief introduction to industry standard Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation) application programs.
