- This course covers essential musical concepts including intonation, balance, blend, basic articulation, and public performance. Students will rehearse and perform symphonic band literature, with a particular focus on works from the 19th and 20th centuries. LIMITATION ON ENROLLMENT: Intermediate/advanced level skill on a band instrument recommended. Audition required.
