    This course examines trends and factors that affect the value of real estate. Topics include how a society’s economic system influences real estate value, the nature of land economics and the classification of properties, the development of property, construction and sub-division, commercial property, fluctuations in economic value, residential market trends, real property and special purpose property trends. This course fulfills one of the requirements for both the Sales Agent and the Broker's License issued by the California Bureau of Real Estate.
