    This course is designed to train students for occupations in the equine industry. Students learn how to safely handle and train young horses in a hands-on laboratory setting. The course includes loading horses into a trailer, starting young horses, advancing the green horse, retraining or tuning up older horses, and problem-solving utilizing critical thinking skills.
