    Description
    This course covers history of the struggle for civil and human rights in American history, focusing on the African American movement. It examines legal, moral, ethical, religious and humanistic foundations of the Movement. Forms of discrimination, segregation and oppression and various forms of resistance to them as well as efforts to protect human and civil rights in the United States are addressed.
