    This course identifies opportunities and evaluation tools for those interested in real estate investments, including residential, apartments, commercial and land. Land development, construction and financing is discussed to inform decisions and budgeting. Business franchising is also evaluated as an alternative to real property ownership. This class is designed for current real estate agents or those interested in investing, to learn more about the practical aspects of real estate investment analysis.
