    This course examines the economic systems and forecasting of national- and state-level real estate trends and includes the government's involvement in monetary policy, financial tools and regulations in real estate. The analysis and valuation of real estate investment is discussed with an overview of finance and taxation and different types of investment properties. This course is an elective for those preparing for the real estate salesperson license examination, and is a requirement of the state's educational requirements for the broker's examination.
