    This course provides a thorough review of the day-to-day operations in real estate operations and brokerages, and provides practical experience for new agents. Topics include listing, prospecting, advertising, financing, sales techniques, escrow, property management, and ethics. The Department of Real Estate requires completion of this course before obtaining a real estate salesperson license. The course also applies toward the state's educational requirements for the broker's examination.
