- This course provides one half-hour individual lesson per week in a traditional band or orchestral instrument or classical guitar with an instructor on the Applied Music faculty. A performance for a faculty jury is required at the end of the semester. The course is designed for the music major whose performance ability is at a college level. The emphasis is on the progressive development of skills needed for solo performance.
