    This course examines cultural diversity as a driver of organizational and business success as well as the knowledge, skills, and abilities to lead, manage, and interact effectively within diverse business environments. The course explores the influence that historical, social, and cultural experiences and perspectives have in the work place and reviews existing legislation relevant to workplace diversity. This course is valuable for students that seek leadership positions within multicultural environments.
