- This course is designed to refine and hone the student's skills in written and spoken English as used in business, professional, or technical settings. The course studies the conventions of English grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, spelling, word usage, and style at a professional level and with the clear, concise, and effective writing required in business. MGT 103 was formerly MGT 203.
