- This course is a study of intermediate algebra concepts in preparation for college-level math courses required for Business, Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (BSTEM) fields. Topics include the study of the real number system, basic algebraic operations, equations and inequalities, polynomials, functions, rational expressions, exponents and radicals, quadratic equations, and graphing.
