- This course is a study of elementary algebra concepts in preparation for college-level math courses required for Business, Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (BSTEM) fields. Topics include properties of real numbers, linear equations and inequalities, linear graphs, polynomials, systems of linear equations, factoring, rational expressions and equations, roots, and quadratic equations.
