    This course provides an introduction to wills, trusts, and estates and the role of the paralegal/legal assistant in estate planning and administration, and probate. Topics include wills, intestacy, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, advance directives, incapacitation, estate planning, taxation, probate procedures, and ethical considerations.
