- This course presents the principles and properties of a physiologically sound strength-training program, focusing on advanced modes of training. Students create a personalized workout regimen that includes free weights, machines, medicine balls, plyometrics, circuit training, and conditioning. KNES 6 may be taken once for a maximum of 1 unit.
