Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course prepares students with the skills of teaching progressions and sport specific teaching strategies for traditional team sports of volleyball, basketball, soccer, softball and football. The knowledge base will also include histories, skills, rules, and how to meet the state content standards. Appropriate teaching strategies are intended to promote active participation and experiential learning. This course is intended to prepare students who may want to become physical education teachers at the secondary school level.
