    Description
    This course addresses the physical and mental health of the older, mature adult through the use of exercise and fitness activities aimed at maintaining an active, independent lifestyle. Topics include the physical and cognitive benefits of exercise, injury prevention, and special considerations to approaching exercise safely for the older adult. This is an open entry/exit course.
