    Description
    This course offers students an introduction to the interdisciplinary program of global studies. As a foundational course, this course focuses on a series of issues and problems associated with globalization. The course examines the nature and history of globalization, and analyzes economic, political, cultural and ecological dimensions of globalization. For each dimension, focus is on the extent of international conflict and cooperation, and effects of growing interdependence. C-ID: GLST 101
