    An introductory course on fundamental principles and practices of energy conservation in buildings, including renovation and remodeling. The best practices include the diagnosis, retrofit, maintenance, and energy management of residential buildings, as well as technical and economic operating principles of electrical and mechanical devices for cost-effective decisions and energy-efficient choices.
