    This course is designed for individuals seeking to develop basic computer, keyboarding and document processing skills for personal and business applications. The course introduces the Windows environment, word processing software, touch control of the keyboard, email, and the formatting of business documents and reports. It also covers composition and language skills for business writing, and improves keyboarding speed and accuracy. No prior computer experience is required. (Formerly CIM 201A, 201B, and 201C)
