    Description
    This course introduces students to the diversity of life and provides the framework to understand its origins from underlying processes in organic evolution. Topics include natural selection, population genetics, systematics, speciation, history of life of Earth, morphological, physiological, and behavioral adaptation, and the principles of evolutionary ecology. Field trips may be required to fulfill objectives of this course. Credit for BIO 80 or 80H, but not both. C-ID: BIOL 140
