    Description
    This course evaluates the constitutional origins of criminal laws and their relationship to law enforcement. The particular emphasis of the course is on the constitutional protections provided by the First, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth amendments of the Bill of Rights and their impact on the process of law enforcement.
