    Description
    This introductory AESL course is for students with no or little prior English knowledge. Students will learn how to use vocabulary and set responses found in basic conversations, read short narrative paragraphs, and write 2 to 4 sentences about a topic using the simple past and present tenses. Class activities practicing short transactional conversations in pairs, reading aloud in groups, and filling in dialogues, sentences, and forms with personal information. This is a non-credit, open entry/open exit course.
